St. Therese Spring Courses Series: A series of week-long courses to help build up your understanding of Catholic teaching and practice, strengthen your faith, and enrich your life, taken together with the full time students of St. Therese Institute.
This week will give you a deeper confidence in your ability to share your faith with whoever might ask. You will develop skills that will help you articulate your faith with clarity, engage in debate about relevant topics pertaining to morality and theology, and learn how to present apologetics in a person-centered manner that cuts to the head as well as the heart.
During this week, you will learn about the art of discernment as taught by St. Ignatius of Loyola to improve your approach to decision making. Topics discussed will include discernment of the spirits at work within one’s heart, different skills and tips in making a good discernment, and improving one’s spiritual life to best hear the voice of God.

Saint John Paul II’s revolutionizing work, the Theology of the Body (TOB) provides compelling answers to the deepest questions of our hearts: Who am I? Why am I here? How can I be happy? What is my purpose in life? This course will awaken your heart and lead you to understand how your desires and your sexuality are meant to orient you towards heaven.
Inspire your imagination and be Pierced by Beauty: this 4 day workshop will introduce you to beautiful works of catholic art and culture inspired by the person of Christ. Part of this course is theoretical in nature, displaying the catholic sensibility on the beautiful and the fine arts. But it is also practical, having creative workshops where you can learn how to sing, paint, read, or write.
In these workshop style sessions, presenters John and Tracy Connelly will bring together stories of their personal experiences with wisdom of Scripture, the Catechism, the Saints and Familiaris Consortio to present a rich and practical understanding of God’s amazing plan for relationships, marriage and family.
