St Peter writes that you must “always be ready to give a defense [apologia] to anyone who demands from you an account of your hope” (1 Peter 3:15). The Catholic Church desperately needs Catholics who can boldly and bravely speak from the heart about the reason for their hope in Christ Jesus.
This week will give you a deeper confidence in your ability to share your faith with whoever might ask. Under the guidance of author and apologist Matt Nelson, you will develop skills that will help you articulate your faith with clarity, engage in debate about relevant topics pertaining to morality and theology, and learn how to present apologetics in a person-centered manner that cuts to the head as well as the heart.

Matt Nelson has been proclaiming the truth and beauty of the Catholic faith to audiences for over a decade. He is editor of The New Apologetics: Defending the Faith in a Post-Christian Culture (Word on Fire Institute, 2022). Matt, his wife Amanda, and their four children live in Shaunavon, SK.
