We are blessed to have Fr. Scott McCaig of the Companions of the Cross joining us this year for part of the St. Therese School of Faith and Mission student orientation! He will be giving a public lecture for our “Christian Culture” series on September 23rd at 7pm in our gallery. Come and join us for this evening of inspiring teaching and meet the class of 2016 at St. Therese Institute!
There is no charge for this event – snack reception to follow.
Fr. Scott McCaig, CC, is currently serving as the Moderator (General Superior) of the Companions of the Cross, a community of priests based in Ottawa, Ontario. Fr. McCaig has served as a Pastor, hospital chaplain, as well as Director of Seminarian Formation. He has travelled extensively throughout Africa and parts of Asia on mission trips, working often in collaboration with Renewal Ministries. Fr. McCaig has been a visiting instructor at St. Therese Institute since 2007.
