Ignatian discernment is the spiritual practice of noticing the movements within your heart and soul, identifying the thoughts, desires, and emotions that motivate them, and using these insights to decide where God is leading you.
During this week, you will learn about the art of discernment as taught by St. Ignatius of Loyola to improve your approach to decision making. Topics discussed will include discernment of the spirits at work within one’s heart, different skills and tips in making a good discernment, and improving one’s spiritual life to best hear the voice of God.
